March 2022:It's our 10th year in practice!

How time flies and what a journey it has been! Paul and Karen set up Windermere based landscape architecture and masterplanning consultancy in 2012 having left BDP a year earlier, and following time spent travelling around Australia in an old campervan we named Hilda. Our early days of Iteriad were spent working with National Trust and the Lake District National Park Authority (LDNPA) on a number of estates in the Lake District including the masterplanning of Fell Foot Park and Sizergh as well as the design of the new parking and arrival space at LDNPA Visitor Centre at Brockhole on Windermere. We are still working with these great clients. We now have a well established practice with a great portfolio of mainly healthcare and mental healthcare, schools, leisure and heritage landscape work with an increasing range of new and repeat clients whom we enjoy working with.We welcomed our new Company Director Matt Speight who joined us at the beginning of 2021 to strengthen our team and establish a presence in the Manchester area. Matt also enjoys a spot of mountain biking so whenever we can we all get out for a quick spin on the bikes for a bit of fun and time out.

February 2022: Iteriad are appointed to work with The Outward Bound Trust on two more masterplans for their centres at Eskdale and Ullswater Lake District.

January 2022: We are pleased to announce that Karen Howell has been appointed as an Associate to the Board for the Design in Mental Health Network (DiMHN). Karen is hoping that her wealth of experience in designing outdoor spaces for mental health environments will help to highlight the importance of landscape and access to nature in the work that DiMHN promotes.

December 2021: We are looking forward to 2022 working on new projects including Salisbury District Hospital Phase One with Ryder Architects and Edward Street Older Adult Unit West Bromwich and Stoke Cancer Centre at Royal Stoke Hospital with Vinci IHP.

August 2021: Iteriad are appointed to work alongside Gilling Dod Architects on MSU units at Woodview Whalley, Humber Centre Hull and Bretton Centre Wakefield.

May 2021: Iteriad are appointed by The Outward Bound Trust to masterplan two of their Outward Bound Centre estates at Loch Eil Scotland and Aberdovey Wales.
