Iteriad led the Masterplan for a new campus to bring St Benedict's Catholic School together with Mayfield Special Needs School onto one site. Iteriad worked as part of Wates team working alongside EWA Architects and Curtins Engineers to design a completely new campus. The new building is set to the north of the site on what was previously playing fields whilst the existing school could remain open during the construction of the new school. The new building has two main wings one for St Benedict's School on the west side and the other for Mayfield SEN School on the east side with a sports block extending out to the north.

The external works consists of car parking areas, playgrounds, arrival space and a range of new sport pitches, athletics track, MUGA including a new state of the art all weather artificial rugby pitch that are open for use by the community. A wildlife habitat area and balancing pond sits at the south end of the site within a safe fenced off area. A new sensory garden and edible garden together with a new Mayfield Mile jogging circuit provides a range of functional outdoor spaces for Mayfield SEN School.
